Car Transport Finder is excited to announce its 2016 scholarship program which will reward one lucky student with a $500 scholarship towards the tuition costs of their CDL training. Scholarships may be awarded to deserving applicants who demonstrate a financial need, a desire to excel in trucking as a career, and an acceptable background and qualifications.
- We will award a $500 scholarship to the applicant chosen
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must NOT have any convictions or felonies for the last 10 years
- Applicant must be currently attending a college or truck driving school
- Applicant must have a min. of 3.0 GPA based on the previous school year’s academic performance

- One copy of Official High School or College Transcripts
- Publicity/Liability Release
- Copyright Assignment
- IRS Form W-9
- Copy of United States Driver’s License
- Headshot photograph in high-resolution, digitally as a JPEG or TIFF file
How will the winner be selected?
We will select a winner by judging your essay for creativity, specificity, and grammar. We are looking for students who need the extra money to start or finish their trucker training. We understand the financial burden of school. We were students too. ?

This personal information is used for our internal records only and we will not share your personal information with any third-parties.

US Truck “Drive the Guard”
The “Drive the Guard” enlistment option is a national partnership between the National Guard and the Commercial Driver Training Foundation, Inc. (“CDTFI”). They’re offering a scholarships in the amount of $500 as a credit toward tuition. The option was created to enable National Guard recruiting personnel to be able to offer potential recruits full-time civilian employment at the time of enlistment, without the need to relocate.

Gulf Coast Workforce Solutions
In partnership with San Jacinto College, Gulf Coast Workforce Solutions is offering $80,000 in scholarships for qualifying individuals interested in becoming truck drivers. The scholarship funds will provide $3,200 per student, thus allowing qualifying students to take truck driving courses tuition free.
